Monet Hairdressing in Warsash is an independently owned and run Hair Salon near Southampton that is dedicated to offering its clients a quality hair cutting service and a professional styling experience. Despite its local popularity, the Salon Owner and Manager decided that she wanted to broaden her current customer base and boost her brand awareness in the surrounding area. So, what did she do? How we did it
Our plan was simple, deliver an engaging Facebook/Instagram Ad campaign that would not only boost brand awareness, but get new customers through the door by increasing appointment bookings to allow the salon stylists can get down to doing what they do best, but how did we do it?
We used our three steps for success! This tried, tested and perfected process has been proven to deliver results for our clients time and time again.
Step 1: Audience Targeting & The Ad
First we nailed down which audience we wanted to target based on who would be the most interested and most likely to book an appointment with Monet Hairdressing. We then agreed on a limited time special offer with the Salon Owner that was sure to attract attention amongst the target audience. We then went away and designed an advert that created a buzz surrounding the Salon.
Step 2: Landing Page & Lead Generation
Once we’ve hooked our audience with an engaging ad and special offer that they just couldn’t refuse, interested parties were directed to a custom built landing page where they could claim their FREE VOUCHER! In order to receive their voucher, they had to enter their name, email address and phone number into the landing page.
Step 3: Re-Targeting & Conversions
By entering their basic information, subscribers join a mailing list where they will now receive follow-up emails that remind them to redeem their voucher by booking an appointment with Monet Hairdressing before it expires. The Salon Owner was then capable of contacting these contacts directly if she felt that she wanted to further encourage conversions and confirm appointment bookings – although this is not always necessary!
